September 30, 2016: Geneva, AL 36340 Geneva Panthers (Geneva, AL) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team run past the visiting Straughn Tigers (Andalusia, AL), 28-12 in a league test.
With the win, Geneva improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Panthers host Daleville (Daleville, AL) to confront the Warhawks in a 3A Region 2 test on Friday, October 7. The Warhawks go into the test with a record of 5-1. Daleville won 14-0 in their recent league test against Providence Christian (Dothan, AL)
With the loss, Straughn moves to 4-2 on the season. The Tigers host Houston Academy (Dothan, AL) to confront the Raiders in a 3A Region 2 test on Friday, October 7. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 1-6. Houston Academy lost 46-21 in their recent league test against Wicksburg (Newton, AL)
