In Friday's league match, the visiting Spring Valley Timberwolves football squad scored a close 21-14 victory over the Princeton Tigers.

In their next game, the Timberwolves clash with the Winfield Generals (Winfield, WV) in a Mountain State match, on Friday, October 4. Spring Valley will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record.
