Oklahoma High School Basketball - Southmoore tipped by Bishop Kelley
January 7, 2011: Tulsa, OK 74135 The Bishop Kelley Comets basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Southmoore SaberCats to 51 in the Comets non-league triumph on Friday.
The Comets now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Skiatook for a Metro Lakes contest on Tuesday, January 11. Bishop Kelley will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 51-46 non-league loss to Tulsa NOAH HomeSchool (Tulsa, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-5.
The SaberCats (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Westmoore (Oklahoma City, OK). The Jaguars enter the Mid-State contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Westmoore was nudged by Norman (Norman, OK), 58-31, in a non-league contest.
