Arkansas High School Football - Bryant fells Russellville
October 6, 2006: Russellville, AR 72802 In Friday's league bout, the visiting Bryant Hornets football team scored a good 22-13 victory over the Russellville Cyclones.
The Hornets (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against Conway (Conway, AR). The Wampus Cats come into the 7A Central bout with a 3-3 record. In their last bout, Conway was defeated by Central (Little Rock, AR), 33-0, in a league bout.
The Cyclones (1-5) will now prepare for their bout against Pine Bluff (Pine Bluff, AR). The Zebras go into the 7A Central challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Pine Bluff thwarted Catholic/Mt. St. Mary Academy (Little Rock, AR), 20-12, in a league challenge.
