Colorado High School Lacrosse - Glenwood Springs trounced by Fruita Monument
April 21, 2012: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 In Saturday's league battle, the visiting Fruita Monument Wildcats lacrosse team scored a nice 12-3 win over the Glenwood Springs Demons.
The Wildcats now have a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host Aspen for a Mountain battle on Wednesday, April 25. Fruita Monument will face a Skiers team coming off a 13-3 league loss to Steamboat Springs (Steamboat Springs, CO). The Skiers record now stands at 8-3.
In their next game, the Demons face the Battle Mountain Huskies (Edwards, CO) in a Mountain battle, on Tuesday, April 24. Glenwood Springs will attempt to better on its 2-9 season record. The Huskies enter the match with a 8-5 record after their 17-6 non-league loss to Fossil Ridge (Fort Collins, CO).
