The Veterans Memorial Chargers basketball team (Brownsville, TX), was overwhelmed 69-44 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Tivy Antlers (Kerrville, TX)

The Antlers now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host MacArthur for a non-league battle on Friday, December 6. Tivy will confront a Brahmas team coming off a 71-56 non-league win over Saint Mary's Hall (San Antonio, TX). The Brahmas record now stands at 9-5.
