New Jersey High School Basketball - St. Joseph holds off St. Patrick
February 4, 2012: Metuchen, NJ 08840 St. Joseph Falcons (Metuchen, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting St. Patrick Celtics (Elizabeth, NJ), 50-46 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, St. Joseph upgrades its record to 17-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Our Savior New American (Centereach, NY) to play the in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The come into the bout with a record of 11-2.
Next up, the Celtics play the Elizabeth Minutemen (Elizabeth, NJ) in a Union County bout, on Tuesday, February 7. St. Patrick will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record.
