Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Jonesboro Cardinals (Jonesboro, GA) and the visiting Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, GA), saw Jonesboro's basketball squad hold off Carrollton by a tally of 51-50.

With the victory, Jonesboro improves its record to 26-4 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to St. Pius X Catholic (Atlanta, GA) to play the Golden Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 26. The Golden Lions come into the challenge with a record of 24-6.
