Arkansas High School Football - Carroll Academy topped by Lee Academy
October 17, 2008: Marianna, AR 72360 The Carroll Academy Rebels football team (Carrollton, MS), was beaten 37-20 in Friday's league challenge with the host Lee Academy Cougars (Marianna, AR)
The Cougars (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Indianola Academy (Indianola, MS). The Colonels come into the MPSA AA District 1 challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Indianola Academy achieved victory over Manchester Academy (Yazoo City, MS), 27-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Rebels now sport a 0-10 record. They take the field next when they host Marshall Academy for a MPSA AA District 1 challenge on Friday, October 24. Carroll Academy will meet a Patriots team coming off a 39-20 non-league win over Delta Academy (Marks, MS). The Patriots record now stands at 5-3.
