Cascade Cougars (Cascade, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host West Branch Bears (West Branch, IA), 73-68 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cascade upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Banks (Banks, OR) to clash with the Braves in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 13. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Banks won 48-22 in their recent non-league bout against Cascade (Turner, OR)

Next up, the Bears clash with the Regina Regals (Iowa City, IA) in a River Valley - South bout, on Friday, December 15. West Branch will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record.
