Illinois High School Basketball - South Beloit overwhelmed by Woodstock
December 15, 2018: Woodstock, IL 60098 The Woodstock Blue Streaks basketball team scored 90 points and restricted the visiting South Beloit Sobos to 30 in the Blue Streaks non-league victory on Saturday.
The Blue Streaks now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richmond-Burton for a Kishwaukee River contest on Friday, January 4. Woodstock will battle a Rockets team coming off a 74-32 non-league loss to Carmel (Mundelein, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 2-8.
The Sobos (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Harvard (Harvard, IL). The Hornets come into the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Harvard was routed by Woodstock (Woodstock, IL), 82-45, in a league contest.
