Lake Catholic Cougars (Mentor, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host University School Preppers (Hunting Valley, OH), 100-59 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lake Catholic upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Cougars host Ursuline (Youngstown, OH) to clash with the Fighting Irish in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Fighting Irish go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Ursuline lost 82-41 in their recent non-league bout against Holy Name (Parma Heights, OH)

Next up, the Preppers clash with the Kenston Bombers (Chagrin Falls, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 22. University School will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
