Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Southern Columbia Area Tigers (Catawissa, PA) and the visiting Millville Quakers (Millville, PA), saw Southern Columbia Area's basketball squad hold off Millville by a count of 54-48.

With the victory, Southern Columbia Area upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Bloomsburg (Bloomsburg, PA) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 2. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Bloomsburg lost 62-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Lewisburg (Lewisburg, PA)
