April 23, 2011: Brighton, MI 48116 The Brighton Bulldogs lacrosse squad scored 6 points and held the visiting Okemos Chieftains to 4 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI). The Knights go into the Division 2 District 6 match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Walled Lake Northern nudged Walled Lake Central (Walled Lake, MI), 9-3, in a league match.
The Chieftains (1-6) will now prepare for their match against DeWitt (DeWitt, MI). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, DeWitt nudged Northview (Grand Rapids, MI), 11-10, in a non-league match.
