February 4, 2006: Indianapolis, IN 46214 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Davis Giants basketball team scored a big 68-45 win over the Avon Orioles.
With the win, Davis improves its record to 9-5 on the season. The Giants host Plainfield (Plainfield, IN) to meet the Quakers in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 8. The Quakers enter the game with a record of 7-10. Plainfield lost 80-66 in their recent non-league game against Northview (Brazil, IN)
Next up, the Orioles meet the Westfield Shamrocks (Westfield, IN) in a Hoosier Crossroads game, on Thursday, February 9. Avon will attempt to improve on its 9-6 season record. The Shamrocks enter the game with a 12-5 record after their 63-40 non-league win over Hamilton Heights (Arcadia, IN).
