In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting A.L. Brown Wonders basketball team scored a good 66-55 triumph over the West Stanly Colts.

In their next game, the Wonders meet the Jesse Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 14. A.L. Brown will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 0-3 record after their 47-39 non-league loss to A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC).
