December 29, 2016: Chicago, IL 60608 South Shore International Tars (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Juarez Eagles (Chicago, IL), 64-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, South Shore International upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Tars host EPIC Academy (Chicago, IL) to clash with the The Legends in a Chicago Public - Blue South bout on Tuesday, January 10. The The Legends go into the bout with a record of 0-4. EPIC Academy lost 49-19 in their recent non-league bout against Julian (Chicago, IL)
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Austin College and Career Academy Tigers (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public - Blue West bout, on Wednesday, January 11. Juarez will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record.
