California High School Basketball - Washington Union ripped by Central
December 18, 2009: Fresno, CA 93722 The Central Grizzlies basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Washington Union Panthers to 41 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Friday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bullard for a non-league contest on Monday, December 21. Central will meet a Knights team coming off a 63-44 non-league win over Madera (Madera, CA). The Knights record now stands at 3-3.
The Panthers (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Central Valley Christian (Visalia, CA). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Central Valley Christian trounced El Diamante (Visalia, CA), 62-53, in a non-league contest.
