In Friday's league test, the visiting Bellmont Braves football team scored a nice 25-15 triumph over the Columbia City Eagles.

With the triumph, Bellmont improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Braves host Norwell (Ossian, IN) to confront the Knights in a Northeast Hoosier test on Friday, September 12. The Knights come into the test with a record of 1-2. Norwell lost 22-19 in their recent league test against Carroll (Fort Wayne, IN)

With the loss, Columbia City drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Homestead (Fort Wayne, IN) to confront the Spartans in a Northeast Hoosier test on Friday, September 12. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 2-1. Homestead lost 35-18 in their recent league test against East Noble (Kendallville, IN)
