California High School Volleyball - Venice nudged by Eagle Rock
March 10, 2018: Los Angeles, CA 90066 The Venice Gondoliers volleyball team (Los Angeles, CA), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Eagle Rock Eagles (Los Angeles, CA)
The Eagles (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA). The Highlanders enter the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Granada Hills Charter nipped Hart (Newhall, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Gondoliers meet the University Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA) in a Western challenge, on Monday, March 12. Venice will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Cleveland (Reseda, CA).
