The North Schuylkill Spartans (Ashland, PA) football routed the visiting Schuylkill Haven Hurricanes (Schuylkill Haven, PA), 54-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Spartans face the Mount Carmel RED TORNADOES (Mount Carmel, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 21. North Schuylkill will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The RED TORNADOES enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 47-0 non-league win over Jersey Shore (Jersey Shore, PA).

The Hurricanes (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Marian Catholic (Tamaqua, PA). The enter the Schuylkill 2 bout with a 0-4 record. In their last bout, Marian Catholic was crushed by Lehighton (Lehighton, PA), 26-6, in a non-league bout.
