Panther Creek Catamount (Cary, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Green Hope Falcons (Morrisville, NC), 52-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Panther Creek upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The Catamount travel to Lee (Sanford, NC) to encounter the in a Tri-Eight bout on Friday, December 19. The go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Lee lost 52-50 in their recent league bout against Fuquay-Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC)

Next up, the Falcons encounter the Apex Cougars (Apex, NC) in a Tri-Eight bout, on Thursday, December 18. Green Hope will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
