The Philip Scotties basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Bennett County Warriors to 21 in the Scotties league victory on Saturday.

The Scotties now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sully Buttes for a non-league contest on Monday, January 22. Philip will battle a Chargers team coming off a 59-49 non-league win over Timber Lake (Timber Lake, SD). The Chargers record now stands at 9-1.

The Warriors (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against White River (White River, SD). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, White River was routed by Kadoka (Kadoka, SD), 75-68, in a league contest.
