The Thatcher Eagles (Thatcher, AZ) basketball nipped the visiting Buena Colts (Sierra Vista, AZ), 62-56 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Eagles (22-1) will now prepare for their test against San Carlos (San Carlos, AZ). The Braves go into the III Section II test with a 6-12 record.
