Oregon High School Basketball - Taft tops Culver
December 20, 2017: Culver, OR 97734 Taft Tigers (Lincoln City, OR) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Culver Bulldogs (Culver, OR), 70-53 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Taft upgrades its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to La Pine (La Pine, OR) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Hawks come into the bout with a record of 1-6. La Pine lost 58-55 in their recent non-league bout against Klamath Union (Klamath Falls, OR)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the North Lake Cowboys (Silver Lake, OR) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 21. Culver will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Cowboys come into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 68-51 league loss to Chiloquin (Chiloquin, OR).
