Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Horizon Huskies (Scottsdale, AZ), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Mountain Lions clash with the Boulder Creek Jaguars (Anthem, AZ) in a I Section I match, on Thursday, October 9. Mountain Ridge will attempt to advance on its 10-15 season record. The Jaguars come into the match with a 11-13 record after their 3-0 league win over North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ).

With the loss, Horizon drops to 12-12 on the campaign. The Huskies host Centennial (Peoria, AZ) to clash with the Coyotes in a I Section I match on Thursday, October 9. The Coyotes come into the match with a record of 11-5.
