In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Overland Trailblazers basketball team scored a good 62-43 triumph over the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits.

In their next game, the Trailblazers meet the Dillard Panthers (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 17. Overland will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 7-1 record after their 53-46 non-league win over Blanche Ely (Pompano Beach, FL).
