In Tuesday's league outing, the Michigan City Wolves (Michigan City, IN) basketball squad edged the visiting Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN), by a count of 56-52.

The Wolves (12-8) will now prepare for their outing against Merrillville (Merrillville, IN). The Pirates go into the Duneland outing with a 15-7 record. In their last outing, Merrillville held off LaPorte (LaPorte, IN), 61-45, in a league outing.

The Indians now hold a 12-8 record. They play next when they host Crown Point for a Duneland outing on Friday, February 20.
