Alabama High School Basketball - Park Crossing tops Huffman
January 28, 2017: Birmingham, AL 35215 Park Crossing Thunderbirds (Montgomery, AL) supporters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their basketball team achieve victory over the host Huffman Vikings (Birmingham, AL), 67-59 in a non-league battle.
The Thunderbirds now possess a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lanier for a 6A Area 4 battle on Monday, January 30. Park Crossing will confront a Poets team coming off a 73-67 non-league loss to Jefferson Davis (Montgomery, AL). The Poets record now stands at 9-9.
The Vikings (15-7) will now prepare for their battle against Center Point (Birmingham, AL). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 7-11 record.
