With the victory, Poolesville improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Falcons host Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD) to battle the Screamin' Eagles in a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A - West challenge on Tuesday, January 27. The Screamin' Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 11-2. Seneca Valley won 96-67 in their recent non-league challenge against Einstein (Kensington, MD)
Next up, the Barons battle the Paint Branch Panthers (Burtonsville, MD) in a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A - East challenge, on Tuesday, January 27. Bethesda-Chevy Chase will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 73-58 non-league win over Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD).
