February 15, 2013: Dexter, NM 88230 The Dexter Demons routed the visiting Eunice Cardinals basketball team by a final score of 90-38 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Demons face the Portales Rams (Portales, NM) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 16. Dexter will attempt to move on its 20-3 season record. The Rams enter the game with a 13-9 record after their 56-55 league loss to Lovington (Lovington, NM).
With the defeat, Eunice moves to 7-11 on the year. The Cardinals host Loving (Loving, NM) to face the Falcons in a 2A District 5 game on Tuesday, February 19. The Falcons enter the game with a record of 8-7. Loving lost 77-53 in their recent league game against New Mexico Military Institute (Roswell, NM)
