Oklahoma High School Basketball - Riverside Indian holds off Wewoka
December 8, 2017: Anadarko, OK 73005 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Riverside Indian Braves (Anadarko, OK) and the visiting Wewoka Tigers (Wewoka, OK), saw Riverside Indian's basketball squad hold off Wewoka by a tally of 64-62.
With the victory, Riverside Indian improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Fort Cobb-Broxton (Fort Cobb, OK) to confront the Mustangs in a Freelance challenge on Thursday, December 14. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 6-4.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Hoops for Christ Warriors (Oklahoma City, OK) in a Freelance challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Wewoka will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 50-47 league win over Latta (Ada, OK).
