Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Lake Washington Kangaroos (Kirkland, WA) and the visiting Jordan Panthers (Long Beach, CA), saw Lake Washington's basketball squad knock off Jordan by a score of 67-55.

With the victory, Lake Washington improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Kangaroos travel to Liberty (Renton, WA) to battle the Patriots in a 2A/3A KingCo challenge on Tuesday, January 4. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 3-6. Liberty lost 70-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Cascade (Everett, WA)

Next up, the Panthers battle the Cabrillo Jaguars (Long Beach, CA) in a Moore challenge, on Wednesday, January 5. Jordan will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 68-51 non-league loss to Servite (Anaheim, CA).
