December 21, 2016: Winder, GA 30680 The Banks County Leopards (Homer, GA) basketball nipped the host Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA), 45-41 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Leopards (7-3) will now prepare for their test against North Hall (Gainesville, GA). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, North Hall was tipped by Jefferson (Jefferson, GA), 68-61, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Banks for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 21. Apalachee will encounter a Braves squad coming off a 47-46 non-league loss to Cascade (Turner, OR). The Braves record now stands at 15-2.
