The DeMatha Stags football squad scored 27 points and restricted the host Dunbar Crimson Tide to 19 in the Stags non-league victory on Friday.

The Stags now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop O'Connell for a Washington Catholic battle on Saturday, October 1. DeMatha will face a Knights squad coming off a 34-13 league loss to Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC). The Knights record now stands at 1-3.
