The Tupelo Golden Wave basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Neshoba Central Rockets to 53 in the Golden Wave non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Golden Wave now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwest Rankin for a non-league bout on Friday, November 28.

Next up, the Rockets play the Starkville Yellowjackets (Starkville, MS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 29. Neshoba Central will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 54-42 non-league win over Newton (Newton, MS).
