South Carolina High School Football - Berkeley victorious over Hanahan
September 24, 2010: Hanahan, SC 29406 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Berkeley Stags football squad scored a good 40-20 victory over the Hanahan Hawks.
In their next game, the Stags clash with the Hilton Head Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC) in a AAA Region VII match, on Thursday, September 30. Berkeley will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Seahawks enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 35-25 non-league win over North Charleston (North Charleston, SC).
The Hawks (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Garrett Academy Tech (North Charleston, SC). The Falcons enter the AA Region VIII match with a 5-0 record. In their last match, Garrett Academy Tech thwarted Burke (Charleston, SC), 12-6, in a non-league match.
