The Redford Union Panthers (Redford, MI) basketball nipped the visiting Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI), 57-53 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Panthers (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Annapolis (Dearborn Heights, MI). The Cougars go into the Western Wayne - Red test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Annapolis got by Lutheran (Westland, MI), 79-62, in a non-league test.
