Minnesota High School Basketball - Anoka ripped by Champlin Park
January 30, 2018: Champlin, MN 55316 The Champlin Park Rebels basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Anoka Tornadoes to 53 in the Rebels league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rebels now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eden Prairie for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. Champlin Park will meet a Eagles team coming off a 84-67 non-league win over Delano (Delano, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 16-2.
The Tornadoes (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Coon Rapids (Coon Rapids, MN). The Cardinals enter the Northwest Suburban 1 contest with a 6-10 record. In their last contest, Coon Rapids was routed by Blaine (Blaine, MN), 58-41, in a league contest.
