In Thursday's non-league match, the host Carver Wolverines football squad scored a big 57-6 victory over the Anniston Bulldogs.

In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the Stanhope Elmore Mustangs (Millbrook, AL) in a non-league match, on Friday, November 9. Carver will attempt to move on its 9-1 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 8-2 record after their 35-26 non-league win over Central (Phenix City, AL).

The Bulldogs (5-5) will now prepare for their match against Oneonta (Oneonta, AL). The Redskins enter the non-league match with a 10-0 record. In their last match, Oneonta routed Jordan (Morris, AL), 50-6, in a non-league match.
