December 29, 2011: Clarksville, TN 37043 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Clarksville Wildcats (Clarksville, TN) and the visiting Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL), saw Clarksville's basketball squad overcome Austin by a count of 52-34.
With the victory, Clarksville upgrades its record to 18-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Spain Park (Hoover, AL) to play the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 29. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 10-7. Spain Park won 54-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Hartselle (Hartselle, AL)
Next up, the Black Bears play the Huntsville Panthers (Huntsville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Austin will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 8-9 record after their 31-30 non-league loss to Minor (Adamsville, AL).
