West Virginia High School Soccer - Poca knocks off Chapmanville Regional
September 25, 2018: Poca, WV 25159 Poca Dots (Poca, WV) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Chapmanville Regional Tigers (Chapmanville, WV), 5-2 in a league challenge.
Next, the Dots confront the Spring Valley Timberwolves (Huntington, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 29. Poca will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Timberwolves enter the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 5-0 league win over Riverside (Belle, WV).
The Tigers now have a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Logan for a Cardinal challenge on Thursday, September 27. Chapmanville Regional will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-12.
