The Roncalli Rebels basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Franklin Grizzly Cubs to 61 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Rebels now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Meridian for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 1. Roncalli will confront a Falcons team coming off a 49-45 league loss to Bloomington South (Bloomington, IN). The Falcons record now stands at 7-11.

Next up, the Grizzly Cubs play the Martinsville Artesians (Martinsville, IN) in a Mid-State bout, on Saturday, January 28. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 10-9 season record. The Artesians come into the bout with a 7-11 record after their 59-39 non-league win over Columbus East (Columbus, IN).
