January 4, 2013: Plymouth, NC 27962 The South Creek basketball team (Robersonville, NC), dropped 56-43 in Friday's league battle with the host Plymouth Vikings (Plymouth, NC)
The Vikings now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Southside for a 1A Four Rivers battle on Tuesday, January 8. Plymouth will meet a Seahawks team coming off a 49-35 league win over Manteo (Manteo, NC). The Seahawks record now stands at 6-6.
The (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Manteo (Manteo, NC). The Redskins enter the 1A Four Rivers contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Manteo lost by Southside (Chocowinity, NC), 49-35, in a league contest.

The Cougar offense final got going outscoring the Vikings by 3 as they put up 14 points but still trailed 8

The Cougars contiuned their comback trimming 3 more points of that Viking lead.
Fourth Quarter
The Cougar manage to catch up with the Vikings at 41 points a piece but ran out of gas as the Vikings pulled away in the final two minutes out scoring the Cougars 15 to 2
