The New Hope Trojans crushed the visiting Leake Central Gators baseball team by a count of 14-4 in Friday's league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 17-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sipsey Valley for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 7. New Hope will face a team coming off a 10-0 league win over Holt (Holt, AL). The record now stands at 9-13.

Next, the Gators face the Pisgah Dragons (Sandhill, MS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 7. Leake Central will attempt to move on its 10-6 season record. The Dragons enter the bout with a 5-6 record after their 8-3 league loss to Pelahatchie (Pelahatchie, MS).
