The Crowley Eagles topped the host Burleson Elks volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Eagles now have a 17-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cleburne for a 4A Region I District 7 test on Friday, October 14. Crowley will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Seguin (Seguin, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 14-19.

The Elks (22-9) will now prepare for their game against Everman (Everman, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 4A Region I District 7 game with a 12-17 record. In their last game, Everman was dropped by Joshua (Joshua, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
