May 8, 2018: Hartland, WI 53029 In Tuesday's league game, the host Lake Country Lutheran Lightning baseball team scored a nice 12-2 victory over the Brookfield Academy Blue Knights.

The Lightning got a lot of help from 3 Brookfield Academy errors and some timely hitting in the 4th inning to break open a tie game and go on to a 12-2 conference win. Junior Tyler Brandenburg was 3 for 4 with 2 doubles and 3 RBIs and Junior RJ Frerking was 2 for 3 as well. Senior Jon Rossing drove in 2 runs while going 1 for 2 at the plate. Senior Nick Frigerio picked up his 4th win on the mound going 4 innings and only giving up 1 earned run.
