In Saturday's non-league game, the host Redwood Giants baseball team scored a tight 11-5 win over the Golden Valley Grizzlies.

Coming up next, the Giants encounter the Terra Linda Trojans (San Rafael, CA) in a Marin County contest, on Tuesday, March 11. Redwood will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 7-4 non-league win over Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA).
