Michigan High School Basketball - Greenville nudges Comstock Park
February 17, 2017: Greenville, MI 48838 Greenville Yellow Jackets (Greenville, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Comstock Park Panthers (Comstock Park, MI), 48-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Greenville upgrades its record to 12-6 on the season. The Yellow Jackets host Northview (Grand Rapids, MI) to clash with the Wildcats in a Ottawa-Kent - Bronze bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Northview won 49-38 in their recent non-league bout against Ottawa Hills (Grand Rapids, MI)
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Spring Lake Lakers (Spring Lake, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 21. Comstock Park will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Lakers come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 46-41 non-league win over Coopersville (Coopersville, MI).
