January 14, 2017: Beverly, OH 45715 The Bishop Ready Silver Knights basketball team (Columbus, OH), was nudged 59-56 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Fort Frye Cadets (Beverly, OH)
The Cadets now possess a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Buckeye Trail for a Ohio Valley AAA battle on Tuesday, January 17. Fort Frye will confront a Warriors team coming off a 83-67 league win over Monroe Central (Woodsfield, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 7-5.
The Silver Knights (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Watterson (Columbus, OH). The Eagles come into the Central Catholic battle with a 7-6 record. In their last battle, Bishop Watterson edged Grove City (Grove City, OH), 57-54, in a non-league battle.
